Eat Taiwan: Fu Hang Soy Milk (阜杭豆漿)
When you do your research as to where to eat in Taipei, Fu Hang Soy Milk (Fu Hang Dou Jiang 阜杭豆漿) will definitely turn up in the results page. It is always included in the Top 10 places to check out in Taipei. But what do I think about it?
Ambiance
There’s really no special ambiance. It’s located in the 2F of Hua Shan Market in a food court. It’s a typical food court with lots of chairs and tables.

The Food
There are so many things on the menu and there are so little information on the internet. We took high resolution photos of the menu, so I hope this helps everyone prepare for what to order.
Hot/Cold Soy Milk
It tastes like soy milk. No surprise there. But if you would have to choose between the two, get the cold one. But getting the hot one is a must if you have donuts sticks.
Salty Soy Milk
This is served hot with green onions, pickles, and dried shrimp bits. This alone can make you feel so full.
Sesame Flat Bread with Donut Sticks
The donut sticks were too oily for my taste. It’s best eaten dipped in the hot soy milk.
Egg Roll with Donut Sticks
Again, the donut sticks were very oily, but the egg roll tastes good.
Sesame Flat Bread with Scrambled Eggs
I personally loved this the most. It was very filling and the eggs were cooked just right.
Should I line up for this traditional breakfast?
Yes, if you wish to taste and experience what the locals eat. No, if you don’t. Be warned, if you don’t like the taste of soy, don’t come here.
